Welcome and thank
you for visiting my site.
What began as a
small web site to promote a group called NAJE (Norfolk Association of
Junior Educators in Ontario, Canada) has grown into my own domain that I
hope offers teachers a variety of resources to use within their
classrooms. While NAJE began as a site about our group's membership,
events and activities from our newsletter, I tried to include what I
have found myself often searching for - teaching ideas and educational
clip art.
From the number of
visitors and e-mail I have received on the original NAJE site, it became
obvious that other teachers were searching for the same things. As a
result, I have created "TeacherFiles.com" in hopes that it will grow
into an even larger site containing more engaging, innovative lessons
and resources for educators. My ultimate goal is to offer complete units
across all areas of the curriculum.
